Local honey aged in a freshly dumped barrel of BourbonRabbi bourbon. Bourbon aged for an average of 32 months before it was dumped, then the barrel was filled with fresh honey and aged in that barrel for 2 months. The result is an absolutely delicious, creamy honey. Notes of cinnamon, caramel, and vanilla on top of rich honey.
